Consulting Chef Julien

Julien Bouchet, our consulting chef grew up on the West Coast region of France "Bretagne" where his love of food was born. He was schooled at the Auberge du Pont D’Acigné in Rennes, attended the Lycée Hotelier de Dinard and also got a diploma from the Centre de Formation des Apprentis in Vannes, France to end up with a well-rounded education in baking, cooking and hospitality management.

Julien's passion for cooking grew thanks to several fascinating kitchen experiences that taught him different French techniques and local specialties. At "Les Terraces de La Potiniére", a long time favorite destination for locals and tourists looking for beach front dining in the town of Larmor-plage he learned about the local seafood specialties and other traditional dishes with a focus on pastries and desserts...
